The Dental Enrollment, Contracting Specialist is responsible for the timely credentialing enrollment and renewal of providers with insurance companies, research for contracts and process for contracting to identify areas for the Practice Operations Manager that are needed for contracting. Also, would be crossed trained with the billing system Dentrix.

The Billing Specialist will provide essential support to clinics throughout our organization, ensuring claims for patient services are filed timely and accurately with the appropriate insurer or party. Responsibilities include:
- Regional travel required in the BRH multi-county service area.
- Act as a billing resource
- Preparing and submitting clean claims to various insurance payers
- Claim error resolution; initiate communication needed to resolve claim issues, monitor until issues are resolved, escalating as needed
- Track rejections and recommend improvements for billing
The Housekeeping Technician performs cleaning of all patient care, staff, administrative and public areas within the organization. Responsibilities include:
- Performs sanitizing and disinfecting work throughout all assigned locations.
- Includes clinics in patient care areas, exam rooms, waiting rooms, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, etc.
- Performs general cleaning tasks such as but not limited to trash/recycling/biohazard removal, dusting, wet wiping, glass cleaning, vacuuming, spotting, polishing and mopping.

As a Patient Access Representative, you will work as an integral member of the team by providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers of BRH. This role includes assisting patients with check-in and check-out during appointments while making sure all patient data is up to date and remains confidential. Other responsibilities include answering patient phone calls to assist with scheduling appointments.
