Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Construction Crew Lead to join our Facilities Team.
The Construction/Facilities Crew Leader is responsible for supervising daily construction activities for commercial healthcare projects within Blue Ridge Health facilities. This role leads assigned crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with healthcare regulations, infection prevention standards, and organizational policies. Responsibilities include:
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade training preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of residential or commercial contractor experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license
• Experience working in occupied healthcare facilities strongly preferred
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification for Construction and General Industry preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• Healthcare construction safety training certification preferred
