Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Behavioral Health RN Case Manager to be part of our Behavioral Health Team.
This position is responsible for providing direct care coordination ensuring the care delivered is effective, efficient and achieves desired patient outcomes; This position will work closely with the clinical staff in the clinic to implement coordination of patient care for their behavioral health needs. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing clinical nursing care to clients according to established professional nursing practice standards of the American Nursing Association and in accordance with the North Carolina Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards.
