Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist Team Leader to be part of our Recovery Education Center (REC) Team in Waynesville, NC.
A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, depending on the service agreement chosen. Service contracts are for 1, 2, or 3 years.
Continuing education reimbursement ($500 per year)

The REC Team Leader oversees the implementation of the REC program, ensures integrity to the Recovery Education model, and provides leadership, consultation, direction and guidance to a team of clinicians and peer support specialists. As a clinician on the team, the Team Leader provides assessment, treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with a broad range of mental health and substance use challenges, and assists in coordinating care across programs within our organization and also with other providers in the community.
LCMHC-S or a different license that includes the certification of qualified supervisor
