Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Dental Biller to be part of our Dental Team.

What You'll Do:

The Biller will perform all duties necessary to file dental claims from across the company, monitor those claims, and collect on the claims with the appropriate insurer or party. Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure all procedures have appropriate prior authorization.
  • Bill dental claims with the appropriate insurer.
  • Monitor and correct unpaid claims. 
  • Post insurer payments in the EDR system.
  • Process patient refunds Support other areas and functions as needed.
 

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous dental experience of greater than 2 years preferred.
  • Familiarity with utilizing Microsoft office products (i.e. word, excel)
  • Familiarity with utilizing multi-line phone systems, copier, scanner, fax and other office equipment.
